CIEMS organizes a certified training cycle in Lean Management. Conducted by a trainer and consultant with several experiences in lean management, Engineer in production and logistics (certified Green Belt Lean Six Sigma) and teacher researcher in Excellence and Operational Research in French and Moroccan universities. This training aims to acquire the principles of Lean Management, to lead a Kaize project, and to conduct a Lean Six SIGMA project.
