\nFollowing the speech of the throne of July 29, 2020 and amid the chaos caused by COVID-19, Morocco\u00a0is engaged in a transformation programme of\u00a0EEP sector. Significant savings and synergies are expected as part of the reform of the EEP sector. This axis focuses on an in-depth reform of the public sector and the treatment of structural imbalances of public establishments and enterprises (EEP), with a view to achieving better integration and consistency in their missions and increasing their economic efficiency and social.
