Current Project :
One of the projects of Knowledge management research program is about Knowledge hiding and its implications on the organisation.
Context:
Companies have faced increased environmental uncertainty and increasingly there is a need to compete in the global economy and to monitor and understand their environment more accurately for survival and success. KH is problematic because it prevents organizations from realizing the benefits and performance. Consequently, management must develop strategies to reduce it. Increased understanding of KH behavior will help organizations to develop appropriate HRM practices, design systems and processes facilitating knowledge sharing.
Project Title:
A project entitled: “Organizational factors influencing knowledge hiding in organizations: Multi Country study ” is conducted to understand KH and how we manage it.
