The Excellence Research Program is comprised of four phases. Each phase is interdependent, but participants can select the phase that best supports their career development.
Phase 1 : Learning
This initial phase provides researchers with a solid foundation in research methodologies through workshops, seminars, and expert training sessions. These activities are designed to enhance the participants’ research skills and knowledge.
Phase 2 : Advising
In the second phase, the focus shifts to developing strong research strategies. The program schedules additional workshops and seminars to guide participants on how to formulate effective research plans and strategies.
Phase 3 : Coaching
The third phase offers customized support tailored to the specific needs of each researcher. This includes one-on-one coaching sessions to help participants refine their research projects and overcome any challenges they encounter.
Phase 4 : Publishing
In the final phase, the program provides targeted support to help researchers prepare their work for submission to top journals. This may involve assistance with manuscript preparation, peer review processes, and other aspects of the publication process.
